Human Service Transportation

HSDF provides eligible passengers that meet the income requirements transportation to social service agencies.

Anyone between the ages of 18 & 60 who have a medical assistance card automatically qualify for HSDF Transportation.

To be eligible for reduced or free fare transportation people without a medical assistance card must meet the income guidelines.

Eligible passengers must register with EMTA prior to service. Call EMTA at1-800-242-3484 and we will be happy to help you get registered.
